What should I wear to a spa?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes when you go to the spa. It is not allowed to wear clothes in the resort itself. Only slippers, two towels and a bathrobe are necessary. You can bring this yourself or rent it at the reception of the Wellnessboot.

Can I wear swimwear during my visit to the Wellnessboot?

Wearing swimwear is not allowed. Slippers, on the other hand, are mandatory, except for wearing in sauna cabins. There is one exception to the rule of wearing swimwear, this is on Tuesday. During this day it is possible to use the sauna with or without swimwear. Traditional tight swimwear (bathing suits and swimming trunks) is allowed.

What time do I have to check in and out?

The sauna is open from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm. We are open until 11.30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. We request that guests turn to the dressing rooms 15 minutes before closing time. There are special opening hours during public holidays

What is the minimum age for using the spa?

Children from 12 and up to 18 years old can enjoy the pleasures of the wellness resort with an adult. Children from 4 to 11 years old are welcome on Sundays until 6 pm.

Are there lockers where important items can be stored?

At the reception our employees give you a wristband with a chip which opens and closes a locker in the dressing room. Be careful with belongings as the Wellnessboot is not responsible for items left in the lockers. It is possible to bring sunscreen, a book or reading glasses with you in the appropriate transparent bags.

Are there rules in the spa?

Honor the environment with silence: a day in the sauna is all about silence and relaxation. When there are no infusions in our special infusion cabin, this is the sauna where you are allowed to have a conversation. Read our house rules.

Can I go to the spa if I am pregnant?

We recommend women who are pregnant not to go to the spa in their first trimester. After this period, you will always have to ask for advice from your midwife or doctor. It's safe to visit the spa during pregnancy for women who regularly go. We do not recommend using the infrared sauna.

Can I bring my own infusion materials?

Infusion materials, scrub salt or masks can not be brought in and used by guests. The rituals should only be performed by trained Wellnessboot staff or specialist volunteers.

FOOD & DRINKS
Is it possible to eat and / or drink in the sauna, baths or rest areas?

It is not allowed to eat and / or drink in saunas, baths or rest areas. It is allowed in the restaurant, the lounge, in the garden and on the sun deck. You can’t bring your own food. 

I am vegan or vegetarian, are there enough options for me?

We love Vega and together with our partner: @geenblaadjesla we spread our love. Every month we serve a vegan dish. This can be a soup, main course, salad or dessert. In addition, the Wellnessboot menu contains various options for vegetarian guests as standard. There are also options for vegan guests. Always indicate this to the service, they help you choose the tastiest dish.

I try to watch my calorie intake or eat as much healthy food as possible, is this possible?

The Wellnessboot's menu is full of tasty dishes that are also healthy. For example, there is a tasty salad for lunch, a fresh snack board with vegetables and dip and a delicious tikka masala in the evening.

I try to waste as little food as possible at home and buy ingredients locally, are you also doing this?

We try to throw away as little food as possible on the Wellnessboot. All the fruit, drinks and various vegetables are used to make smoothies that are distributed after pouring. All the bread that is left is neatly collected by our own farmer Roy who lets his animals enjoy it. In addition, there are a number of great collaborations with local providers that supply products. So we have a biscuit of van eigen deeg, the one and only strawberries of the famous farmer Jan and aspergus of van Lith.

Is it necessary to make a reservation for lunch or dinner?

It is not necessary to make a reservation in advance for lunch or dinner.

What should I wear in the restaurant?

We ask all our guests to wear a bathrobe in the restaurant, in the lounge and on the terrace. This makes it pleasant for everyone to eat or drink. Guests who are in the garden or on the sun deck are free not to wear a bathrobe.

TREATMENTS
Is it necessary to book treatments in advance?

It is important to always book treatments in advance to avoid disappointment. Reservations can be made via our website: www.wellnessboot.nl.

Can I choose the time of my treatment?

It is not possible to indicate the exact time of a treatment. By providing the correct arrival time and departure time during there is a guideline. In addition, a treatment is always booked half an hour after arrival and before 9 p.m. The times of the treatment are only communicated on the day itself.

Is it possible for treatment to take place at the same time?

We always do our best to plan treatments at the same time. However, we cannot guarantee this with certainty.

How do I know which facial treatment is right for me?

All of our employees are professionally trained to help choose the right treatment. All our facial treatment starts with a skin analysis, in this way you always receive the treatment that best suits your skin type.

What time do we have to be present for a treatment?

Sometimes we are all in such a rush that every minute counts. However, arrive at the treatment 5-10 minutes early and let the receptionist know that you have arrived. Relax while waiting to set the tone for the approaching moment of rest.

What happens if I am late for treatment?

We know that there can sometimes be unexpected events. If you are 15 minutes late, the duration of your treatment will also be reduced by 15 minutes. If you arrive later, we cannot guarantee that the treatment will take place. So, keep in mind that if you don't show up, you still have to pay the full amount of the treatment. If necessary, you can change the booking according to the availability of free times.

Are there any costs associated with moving a treatment within 24 hours?

If you are unable to get to the booked treatment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, via email info@wellnessboot.nl to avoid costs. If you do not consult us in time enough, the full costs will be charged.

Is it necessary to pay for a treatment in advance?

All treatments booked online can be paid online or at the reception.

What should I do if I have a physical condition, disability or allergy?

Inform the Wellnessboot when you make your appointments and the masseur / beautician at the start of the treatment. You will be informed if treatment is not recommended.

Are there any treatments I shouldn't have while pregnant?

Your doctor can give the best advise which treatments are safe for you. We recommend avoiding treatments with deep pressure and heat. These are for example: the hammam treatments and hot stone massage. We also advise against the Himalayan salt stone massage and the Tranquility deluxe ritual at any time during pregnancy.

RESERVATIONS
Is it necessary to make a reservation?

To avoid disappointment, it's important to always book the entrance in advance. Every day there is a maximum number of guests per entrance form to give everyone a chance to visit our resort. Reservations can be made via our website: www.wellnessboot.nl.

How can I change a reservation?

If you are unable to get to the booked day, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, via email info@wellnessboot.nl to avoid costs. Keep the reservation number within reach, which you will find in the e-mail confirmation.

Can I book online for several people?

Yes, it is possible to make a reservation for several people. It is important that you use the same entrance form. With associated massages, treatments or packages can be booked separately per person.

My e-ticket has expired, can I renew it?

With some tickets it is possible to extend them for this you can contact us by e-mail info@wellnssboot.nl.

Do I receive a confirmation by e-mail when I book online?

You will receive a confirmation when you successfully complete all steps of the online reservation. This confirmation will be sent to the completed email address within 5 minutes. Always check the junk mailbox.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation?

When you are sure that all steps of online booking have been completed, there will always be a confirmation by e-mail. Have you not received it yet? Please contact: info@wellnessboot.nl

I would like a confirmation of my payment, where can I find it?

When the reservation is complete you will receive an e-mail with the purchased vouchers and an invoice.

Why do I have to leave my phone number?

We always ask for our guests' phone number so we can get in touch if there are any questions. It is also possible that a treatment has changed in time or you have forgotten personal belongings.

What personal information of mine is kept?

The Wellnessboot stores as little data as possible, we only use data that is necessary to make a reservation. More information on this subject can be found in the privacy statement.

How can I pay?

There are several payment methods you can use:

Can I pay with a gift card?

Do you have a gift card from the Wellnessboot? You can pay by choosing to pay at the reception during the online reservation process. Always take the card to the resort, otherwise it cannot be used and processed.

GIFT CARDS
I have a third-party voucher or gift card do I need to bring it?

Yes, it is always necessary to bring a gift card or voucher. If it is not possible to show this, the discount or value cannot be settled.

GENERAL
Where can I park?

Free parking is possible in the parking garage of the Wellnessboot, which is a few steps away from the resort.

Is it allowed to smoke?

Smoking (e) cigarettes is not allowed in our wellness and sauna facilities. It is only possible to smoke in the designated smoking zones.

Is the hotel attached to the Wellnessboot?

City Resort Mill is a stone's throw from the Wellnessboot. At the check-in of the hotel, the receptionist will explain how to reach the Wellnessboot from the hotel. Transport is not necessary as the resort is close by.

Are there any special ladies’ days?

The Wellnessboot does not have special ladies’ days, everyone is always welcome.

Is the Wellnessboot wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, our wellness resort is not designed for disabled guests. Because there are many stairs and small steps, this can be experienced as very difficult. There are also no passenger lifts.
