RESERVE

Booking on the Wellnessboot is mandatory and necessary. Due to our closure from March 15 to July 1, there have been many guests who had planned a sauna day and were ultimately unable to go. We would like to offer these guests the opportunity to relax and redeem their vouchers before the end of this year.

As a result, there is limited availability per day for each type of entrance. It is therefore possible that a certain package still has room in the digital agenda and an externally purchased ticket is unfortunately fully booked. We ask for understanding from all our guests, as we want to offer everyone the opportunity to redeem already purchased vouchers as quickly as possible.

In addition to the vouchers already issued, a reduced number of new vouchers are sold every day. So be sure to book in time as there is only 30% of the regular capacity available and already purchased vouchers have priority.

Access to the Wellnessboot will not be granted without a reservation.

 

GUIDELINES VNSWB

In the summary below, the most important points from the VNSWB protocol, supplemented with the latest RIVM guide:

  • All guests and employees must be able to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from each other throughout the company;
  • To determine how many guests may be admitted to the wellness company at the same time, the rule of thumb applies: per 10m2 guest accommodation space, there may not be more than one guest in the accommodation;
  • In the restaurant: maximum 100 guests at the same time (KHN protocol);
  • Access only on the basis of a pre-made reservation;
  • Maximum 2 persons per reservation;
  • Regulated access with time duration is mandatory, so there is a gradual guest flow. With this we regulate the arrival at the parking lot, at the entrance, reception, in the dressing room and at the first shower;
  • A health check must be performed prior to the arrival of both the guest and the employees;
  • The health check must also be briefly quoted upon entry;
  • We request that guests wash or disinfect their hands immediately upon entry;
  • Personal protective equipment is not necessary if everyone who visits the company does the health check;
  • No infusions are being carried out for the time being;
  • Hammam treatments are allowed again from 1 July.

 

VOUCHERS

Do you still have a voucher of the Wellnessboot because of the temporarily closing? No problem: all vouchers, wellness discount cards, bathing cards, gift vouchers and other vouchers with an end date between March 16 and June 30 are extended until December 23, 2020. To use this extension, you must submit your original vouchers or wellness discount card as an attachment / send photo to info@wellnessboot.nl. Against exchange of these vouchers you will receive new vouchers with a validity until December 23, 2020 valid at the Wellnessboot.

The Wellnessboot team has all hands on deck to assist everyone as well and carefully as possible, however we are only available by email. We try to answer all emails as soon as possible!

 

HOTEL NIGHTS CITY RESORT MILL

Cancellation policy

The hotel reservation is final; cancellation is only possible under the following conditions:

  • If no use will be made of the room, City Resort Mill requests that the reservation be canceled by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible;
  • Cancellation is possible free of charge until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival;
  • After this City Resort Mill is forced to charge 100% cancellation costs;
  • If there is no check-in and no cancellation, City Resort Mill will charge the first night.
